Look! Someone died today
Quiet down – Turn it up
Move away, I want to see

Look! Someone died today
Show the blood – Show the gore
As I give thanks that it wasn’t me

It’s Crime and Punishment
When they hang the bastard for all to see

It’s Entertainment
When they show us the victim’s family

We hear their cries and see their pain
Zoom in, Slow-mo and show it again

Look! Someone died today
With feelings turned numb
We can’t wait to see

How depraved we have become
